We use the personal information we collect on behalf of the financial institutions we work with, within the scope needed to carry out that work. We also operate a consulting business and use information within the scope needed for it. We do not use it for any other purpose.
Specifically, we use personal information to provide the services we offer and any related or incidental services, and to provide our consulting services and any related or incidental services.
If we change these purposes, we will notify you in writing or publish the change on this website.
3. Information you submit through this website
When you submit an enquiry through this website, we collect the details you provide: your name, email address, and optionally your phone number, business name, and message, along with the answers you give about your business (industry, whether you currently accept cards, approximate monthly card volume, the equipment you're interested in, and your location).
We use this only to respond to your enquiry and to prepare a proposal suited to your business. We do not sell it, and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing.
These records are stored in a secured database hosted in North America, accessible only to authorised Smart International staff who sign in with a company Google account. Access is restricted to named individuals and can be revoked at any time.

Information collected during the SMS consent process is never shared with third parties.
If you consent to receive text messages from Smart International, we may send you: as a customer or guest, updates about statements, payments, and related information; as a job applicant, updates about your application status, onboarding materials, or other employment-related information.

5. How we use your contact details
If you provide a phone number and consent to SMS, that number is used only to send the messages, updates, or notifications you agreed to receive.
