Processing programs

Cash Discount

Show your regular price, and give customers a real discount when they pay with cash. We help you compare it with dual pricing and surcharging, set it up the right way, and support you in English and Japanese.

Find your fit

Three approaches. One goal: lower your processing costs.

01 / Cash incentive

True Cash Discount Program

Display your regular price, then offer a genuine reduction when a customer pays with cash.

Example: Regular price $103.00

Cash discount −$3.00

Cash total $100.00

  • Discount from the posted regular price
  • Clear signage and receipt presentation
  • Review how debit payments are handled
02 / Upfront choice

Dual Pricing Program

Show both the cash price and card price upfront, so customers can compare before they pay.

Example: Display both prices

Cash $100.00 · Card $103.00

Customer chooses a payment method

  • Two prices clearly displayed
  • Consistent menu, shelf, and checkout pricing
  • Equipment and workflow review
03 / Credit card fee

Surcharge Program

Add a disclosed fee to eligible credit card purchases, subject to applicable rules and limits.

Example: Purchase $100.00

Eligible credit surcharge $3.00

Credit card total $103.00

  • No surcharge on debit or prepaid cards
  • Card brand caps and notice requirements
  • Availability varies by location and processor

Examples are before tax. These are alternatives, not fees to combine. A fee added at checkout doesn't become a cash discount because of its name. We check your setup, signs and your processor's requirements before you enroll.

What could a lower cost mean for you?

A quick illustration. A review of your actual statement shows the real numbers.

Illustrative annual savings

$18,000

$1,500 a month · not a quote or guarantee

Monthly card sales × current effective cost × 12: what you'd save if a program covered your full processing cost. Most programs leave some costs, such as monthly service fees, so actual savings depend on your card mix, the program, how customers pay and the costs that remain.
